Travel Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) - $1,284 to $1,484 per week in South Bend, IN

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• 13 week assignment
• Primarily Monday to Friday, with weekend coverage in place of some weekdays as needed
• 4 or 5 days per week
• 36 to 40 hours per week
