Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program required.
  • Active Oregon PTA license required prior to the start of the assignment.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross preferred.
  • Experience in skilled nursing facility or long-term care settings preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow established plans of care, document treatments, and monitor patient responses.
  • New graduates welcome; clinical supervision and delegation by a licensed Physical Therapist required.
