Reputable Skilled Nursing Facility in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a 13-week travel assignment.

The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills and a passion for helping patients improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life. SNF, LTC, or geriatric experience is preferred.

Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist Assistant, Skilled
Experience: 1 year
Licenses: PTA(Compact Accepted)
Preferred Qualifications
Proper State License
Skilled Nursing/long term care experience - since October 2019 (PDPM experience)
Rehab Optima (Net Health)
Negative COVID 19 test required (usually within 7-10 days of start)
COVID-19 Vaccination card/documentation - No Declinations Accepted
