Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
  • Active Connecticut PTA license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification required from AHA or ARC.
  • Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
  • Experience with geriatric rehabilitation, restorative programs, and common SNF documentation practices preferred.
