Physical Therapy Assistant jobs in Rock Hill, SC let you deliver home health care for adults with chronic diseases, wound care, IV, Pleurx, wound vac, post-stroke, post-rehab, and post-joint replacements. You will use Homecare Homebase EMR and manage at least 6 points per day and 30 points per week. You must have 1 year of home health experience, a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and Homecare Homebase EMR experience.
