Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
  • Active District of Columbia license or license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
  • Minimum 1 year of professional skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience required by client.
  • Experience with documentation and care planning in a SNF environment preferred.
  • Ability to follow therapist-directed treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
