Travel Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) - $1,376 to $1,576 per week in San Jose, CA

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active California PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC required or must be obtainable prior to start.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility required. 26-week contract experience preferred.
• Minimum clinical experience with geriatric populations and common SNF interventions preferred.
• Ability to work Day shift schedule of 5x8 per client staffing model.
