Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Skilled nursing facility experience required.
• Experience with Net Health and PCC required.

Assignment Details

• 92-bed skilled nursing facility setting.
• Productivity expectation of 85%.
• Opportunity to float to other locations within the same organization.
