Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
  • Active Kentucky PTA license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification required from American Heart Association or American Red Cross. (Preferred: current)
  • Experience in outpatient settings required. Candidate must have prior experience with therapeutic exercise, manual therapy techniques, and use of outpatient modalities and equipment.
  • Client requires immediate start availability.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with supervising Physical Therapist and clinic staff.
  • Preferred: experience with electronic medical records (EMR) used in outpatient clinics.
