Job Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy treatments in patients' homes under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
- Perform Start of Care (SOC), Resumption of Care (ROC), recertification visits, evaluations, and routine patient visits as assigned
- Treat an average of approximately 6 to 7 patient visits per day
