Travel Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) - $1,401 to $1,601 per week in Elk City, OK

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment.
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC.
• OK state license required at time of submission.
• AHA BLS required at time of submission.

Assignment Details

• Setting: Inpatient.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts.
