Travel Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) - $1,422 to $1,622 per week in North Kansas City, MO

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Missouri State PTA license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Minimum of 12 months of home health experience within the past 3 years is required.
• Experience with HCHB (HomeCare HomeBase) electronic medical record and OASIS documentation is required.
• Ability to meet productivity expectations of at least 32 points per week is required.
• Preferred: prior experience delivering care in a home health setting covering a geographic area.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Home Health.
• Shift Details: Days, 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.
• Typical schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week with expected coverage and productivity requirements.
• Area of coverage: travel within the local service area. Discuss specific coverage during interview.
