Guaranteed Hours: 35 Hours Per Week
Pay Rate: $36.00 - $42.00 per hour
REQUIREMENTS
Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License in good standing
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Current CPR certification preferred
Previous rehabilitation, skilled nursing, outpatient, or acute care experience preferred
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist
Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation activities
Provide gait, balance, transfer, and mobility training
Monitor patient progress and communicate findings to the Physical Therapist
Educate patients and caregivers regarding therapy programs and home exercises
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Ensure patient safety during all therapy interventions
Collaborate with therapists, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
Assist patients in achieving maximum functional independence and quality of life
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Guaranteed 35 hours per week
Competitive pay rate of $36.00 - $42.00 per hour
