REQUIREMENTS
Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License in good standing
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
Previous experience in rehabilitation, skilled nursing, home health, outpatient, or acute care settings preferred
Strong communication and patient care skills
Knowledge of therapeutic exercises, mobility training, balance improvement, and rehabilitation techniques
Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
Strong documentation and organizational skills
Commitment to patient-centered care and positive rehabilitation outcomes
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist
Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation activities
Provide gait training, transfer training, balance exercises, and mobility interventions
Monitor patient progress and communicate findings to the supervising Physical Therapist
Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment programs and home exercises
Maintain accurate and timely treatment documentation
Ensure patient safety during all therapy sessions
Collaborate with therapists, nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
Assist patients in achieving rehabilitation goals and maximum functional independence
Adhere to all regulatory, professional, and facility standards

Competitive pay rate of $36.00 - $42.00 per hour
