Travel Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) - $1,447 to $1,647 per week in Vallejo, CA

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active California PTA license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred.
• Experience providing restorative and maintenance therapy to geriatric patients preferred.
• Ability to document according to facility and regulatory guidelines.
• Client requires availability to work a 5x8 days schedule, with duties aligned to facility therapy programs.

• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 0800-1630.
• Work Days: Sunday through Saturday scheduling may include weekends as part of the rotation.
• Guaranteed Weekly Hours: 35 per VMS position description.
• Contract Weeks: 14-week assignment.
