Travel Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) - $1,453 to $1,653 per week in Vallejo, CA

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active California PTA license required to start the assignment.
• Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC required prior to start.
• Experience working in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred.
• Minimum one year of clinical experience as a PTA preferred, including gait training, therapeutic exercise, and transfers.
• Ability to document accurately in electronic medical records and follow facility protocols.
• Comfort with mobility equipment such as Hoyer lifts, walkers, and gait belts preferred.

• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 08:00–16:30, 5x8.
• VMS Contract Weeks: 14.
• VMS Guaranteed Hours: 35 per week.
• Assignment may require floating to other nearby facilities as needed.
