Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active California PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC is required prior to start.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting is required.
• Proficiency with therapeutic exercise programs, gait training, transfers, and adaptive equipment in an SNF environment.
• Documentation experience in electronic medical record (EMR) systems preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including PT, OT, nursing, and restorative staff.
• Client requires availability for assigned day shift schedule and adherence to facility policies.
• Preferred: 1+ year of PTA experience with geriatric populations, restorative programs, or wound care support.
