Travel Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) - $1,484 to $1,684 per week in Everett, WA

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Home health experience required.
• HCHB experience required.

Assignment Details

• 8-hour shifts.
• Monday through Friday.
• Coverage area includes a 50+ mile radius from the office.
• Productivity expectation of a minimum of 30 points per week.
• Documentation must be completed by 10am the following day.
