Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Oklahoma.
Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association.

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary therapy team.
Adherence to facility documentation standards and patient care protocols.
