REQUIREMENTS
Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License in good standing
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
Previous experience in rehabilitation, skilled nursing, outpatient, home health, or acute care settings preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of therapeutic exercises, gait training, mobility techniques, and rehabilitation practices
Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Commitment to patient-centered care and positive outcomes
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist
Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation activities
Provide gait training, transfer training, balance activities, and mobility interventions
Monitor and document patient progress toward established goals
Communicate patient responses and treatment outcomes to the supervising therapist
Educate patients and caregivers regarding therapy techniques and home exercise programs
Maintain accurate and timely treatment documentation
Ensure patient safety and comfort during therapy sessions
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
Support patients in maximizing functional independence and mobility

Competitive pay rate of $39.00 - $45.50 per hour
