REQUIREMENTS
Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License in good standing
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
Previous experience in rehabilitation, skilled nursing, outpatient, acute care, or home health settings preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to provide patient-centered care in a team-oriented environment
Knowledge of therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and rehabilitation techniques
Excellent documentation and organizational skills
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist
Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, balance training, gait training, and mobility activities
Monitor patient progress and communicate findings to the Physical Therapist
Provide functional mobility training and rehabilitation interventions
Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment techniques and home exercise programs
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Ensure patient safety during all therapy sessions
Collaborate with therapists, nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
Support patients in achieving maximum functional independence and rehabilitation goals
Adhere to all regulatory, professional, and facility standards

Competitive pay rate of $39.00 - $45.50 per hour
