Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a rewarding contract opportunity in a rehabilitation setting. Guaranteed Hours: 35 Hours Per Week
Pay Rate:$39.00 - $45.50 per hour
REQUIREMENTS
Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License in good standing
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
Previous experience in rehabilitation, skilled nursing, outpatient, home health, or acute care settings preferred
Strong patient care and communication skills
Knowledge of therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and rehabilitation techniques
Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
Strong documentation and organizational skills
Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist
Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation activities
Provide gait training, balance training, transfer training, and mobility interventions
Monitor patient progress and report findings to the supervising Physical Therapist
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and home therapy programs
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Ensure patient safety during all therapy sessions
Collaborate with therapists, nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
Assist patients in achieving maximum functional independence and rehabilitation goals
Adhere to all regulatory, professional, and facility standards

Guaranteed 35 hours per week
Competitive pay rate of $39.00 - $45.50 per hour
