GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY

Guaranteed Hours: 35 Hours Per Week
Pay Rate: $39.00 - $45.50 per hour

REQUIREMENTS

Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License
Current state licensure in good standing
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Previous rehabilitation, skilled nursing, outpatient, or long-term care experience preferred
Current BLS certification preferred

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

State or federal ID required
Photo badge must be worn at all times
35 guaranteed hours per week
Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
Implement individualized treatment plans and therapeutic exercise programs
Assist patients in improving mobility, balance, strength, endurance, and functional independence
Monitor patient progress and communicate findings to the supervising Physical Therapist
Educate patients and caregivers regarding exercises, safety precautions, and mobility techniques
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with therapists, physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members
Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements
