Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited PTA program.
  • Active California PTA license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
  • Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
  • Experience with common SNF documentation systems and Medicare/Medicaid documentation processes preferred.
  • Ability to follow care plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
