Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide rehabilitative therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. The PTA will assist in implementing treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, and helping patients improve mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and overall functional independence.

REQUIREMENTS
Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License in good standing
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Current CPR certification preferred
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team
Previous rehabilitation, skilled nursing, outpatient, home health, or acute care experience preferred
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Implement physical therapy treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist
Provide therapeutic exercises and interventions designed to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional performance
Monitor patient progress and report findings to the Physical Therapist
Assist patients with gait training, transfer training, and mobility exercises
Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans and home exercise programs
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Ensure patient safety during all therapy sessions
Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Assist in achieving established rehabilitation goals and positive patient outcomes
Follow all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Guaranteed 35 hours per week
Competitive pay rate of $40.80 - $47.60 per hour
