Travel Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) - $1,622 per week in Lafayette, IN

Unit profiles will include key details to assist in recruiting highly qualified staff. Essential data will be collected to complete the profile. The unit operates with a patient ratio of 1:1. Required equipment includes E-stim, Ultrasound, Hivamat, Laser, Alter G, and Vector EMR. Candidates should be good team players who are flexible and demonstrate a strong work ethic. The dress code consists of dark gray scrubs. Unacceptable attire includes denim, sweatshirts, and open-toed shoes. Candidates should not require any additional educational modules prior to their first day.
