Key Responsibilities for the Travel Physical Therapist Assistant:
  • Carry out treatment plans under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
  • Help patients improve strength, mobility, and function
  • Monitor and document patient progress accurately and thoroughly
  • Provide education and instruction to patients and caregivers on exercises and safety
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure effective outcomes

Requirements for the Travel Physical Therapist Assistant:
  • Active California Physical Therapist Assistant license
  • Graduate of an accredited PTA program
