Under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, the Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) provides treatment to patients through therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, massage, and other physical therapy interventions. The PTA documents patient progress, communicates treatment outcomes to the supervising Physical Therapist, and works collaboratively with the rehabilitation team to help patients achieve their functional goals.

• Minimum 2 years of PTA experience – Required

• Active Texas PTA License or Compact License – Required
