- Assist Physical Therapists in implementing treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic exercises and mobility training
- Support patients with gait training, balance, and strengthening programs
- Work with post-operative cases (TKA, THA, rotator cuff repair, spinal surgeries, ACL, etc.)
- Educate patients on home exercise programs
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes
- Occasionally float to inpatient settings as needed
