Job Title: Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: PTA Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 16:30) Experience: 1 year of Skilled Home Health Experience License: Pending License Accepted Certifications: BCLS Required Must-Have: Traveler must have their own transportation Description: Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant - East Portland and surrounding areas. Shift: 8-hour days. This facility cannot accommodate 4x10 or 3x12 shifts. Ratios: 1:1, may visit up to 6 patients per day, with a standard of 30 productivity points. First-timers are accepted. Weekend requirements: No weekends required. On-call requirements: No on-call duty. Travelers are expected to have their own transportation. The system effectively groups clients to minimize drive and windshield time, with an occasional maximum radius of approximately 60 miles per day. Attire: Business casual; scrubs are allowed but not required (no specific color). Charting: EPIC Remote Client and mobile application. Mileage reimbursement provided at IRS standard. All travelers are expected to float between all facilities within a given state. Travelers' refusal to float may lead to termination of assignment. References are required during the compliance process. Providers are expected to submit any work-related cell phone bills directly for reimbursement. Modules are non-billable and must be completed pre-start and annually. Time spent on modules is self-reported.
