Travel Physical Therapist Assistant - Home Health jobs in Williston, VT offer 13-week contracts with Monday through Friday 8-hour day shifts and 40 hours per week. You must have a Vermont PTA license, and home health experience is preferred. Your responsibilities include assisting physical therapists with treatment plans, guiding patients through exercises, documenting progress, and educating patients and families about home exercise programs. You will visit up to 6 patients per day, use Homecare Homebase EMR, and receive mileage reimbursement.
