Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)

Schedule / Job TypeContract | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities- Provide physical therapy treatment to patients in an outpatient setting under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Manage an average caseload of 14–16 patients per day
- Implement individualized treatment plans as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist
- Document patient progress, treatment notes, and updates in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
- Communicate effectively with the supervising PT and interdisciplinary team regarding patient status and progress
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Colorado or ability to obtain prior to start
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Experience working in an outpatient therapy setting
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience managing a high-volume outpatient caseload
- Strong documentation and time management skills
