Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assistant services across a varied caseload including outpatient, acute care, skilled nursing, and home health settings
• Implement treatment plans developed by a supervising Physical Therapist
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient recovery and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in good standing
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
• Ability to work across multiple care settings including outpatient, acute, skilled nursing, and home health

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Minimum of two years of experience in acute and long-term care settings
• Familiarity with skilled nursing facility and home health therapy practices
