Schedule / Job TypeContract (14 Weeks) | Days | 30 Hours Guaranteed Per Week
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the implementation of physical therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Provide direct patient care including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and functional training
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
- Communicate effectively with the supervising Physical Therapist regarding patient status and any changes in condition
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safe functional activities
Required Qualifications- Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy or Physical Therapy Assistant program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work day shift hours
Preferred Experience / Skills- Previous contract or travel therapy experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and interdisciplinary team members
