Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed Physical Therapists in implementing patient treatment plans within an outpatient setting
• Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress
• Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Communicate effectively with the supervising Physical Therapist regarding patient status and plan of care updates
• Maintain a safe and professional treatment environment in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant license required; compact license accepted at start but permanent state licensure must be obtained promptly
• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Ability to complete facility-specific credentialing and documentation requirements prior to assignment start
• Candidates who have worked permanently or PRN at this facility within the last year are not eligible for this assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-volume outpatient orthopedic or physical therapy clinic
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Familiarity with travel or contract assignment workflows
