Key Responsibilities- Assist in the delivery of physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Implement established treatment plans and document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
- Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist
- Communicate effectively with the clinical team regarding patient status and progress
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, credentialing requirements, and documentation standards
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in Indiana (permanent state license required)
- Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Ability to meet contract credentialing and quality assurance requirements prior to assignment start
- Strong documentation skills and ability to complete required paperwork within established timelines
Preferred Experience / Skills- Previous experience working in a high-volume outpatient rehabilitation environment
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and clinical documentation systems
