Contract | Travel | Days | 13-Week Assignment | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatment to patients under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Implement established treatment plans and adjust interventions based on patient progress and therapist guidance
• Document patient care activities, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team to support coordinated patient care
• Educate patients and family members on home exercise programs and safe functional mobility techniques

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of California
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Travel assignment — candidates must meet facility eligibility requirements regarding proximity to the worksite

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a long-term acute care or similar hospital setting
• Experience with travel or contract therapy assignments
• Strong documentation and electronic health record skills
