Key Responsibilities- Implement physical therapy treatment plans as directed by a licensed Physical Therapist
- Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions to assist patients in improving mobility and function
- Monitor and document patient progress and report findings to the supervising Physical Therapist
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and therapeutic techniques
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications- Active state licensure or eligibility to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work effectively under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
Preferred Experience / Skills- Previous experience in a similar clinical setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and interdisciplinary teams
