Key Responsibilities- Provide physical therapy treatments including exercise, massage, and gait and balance training under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist
- Implement therapeutic interventions tailored to individual patient needs in a long term care setting
- Record and document patient progress accurately following each treatment session
- Report treatment results and patient progress to the supervising physical therapist
Required Qualifications- Minimum of 2 years of PTA experience (required)
- Active Texas state license or compact license recognized in Texas (required)
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience working in a long term care or skilled nursing facility environment
- Demonstrated ability to develop and follow personalized patient care plans
