    Physical Therapy Assistant

    Kent, WA

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 5 x 8-hour shifts per week, 40 hours per week

    Key Responsibilities
    • Deliver physical therapy treatments to patients under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
    • Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
    • Participate in patient care activities within an outpatient physical therapy setting
    • Maintain compliance with credentialing requirements and facility-specific onboarding processes prior to assignment start
    • Adhere to facility dress code and operational protocols as communicated during orientation
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Washington (permanent license required)
    • Prior experience in a physical therapy clinical setting
    • Ability to fulfill a contract commitment of 20 to 26 weeks
    • Must meet all credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements prior to start date
    • Candidates must not have worked at this facility in a permanent or PRN capacity within the past year
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience working in an outpatient physical therapy environment
    • Familiarity with electronic medical records and clinical documentation systems
