Schedule: Monday – Friday
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team at a well-established long-term care facility in Eatontown, NJ. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to help patients regain mobility, improve strength, and enhance their overall quality of life.
Responsibilities:Implement treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist
Provide therapeutic exercises and mobility training
Monitor patient progress and report updates to the supervising therapist
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Educate patients and caregivers on exercise programs and safety techniques
Ensure a safe and supportive therapy environment
Active PTA license in the state of New Jersey
Previous experience in long-term care preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to manage time effectively and handle a full caseload
