Key Responsibilities- Provide physical therapy assistant services to patients in a home health setting across an assigned service area
- Meet a minimum productivity expectation of 30 points per week
- Complete all patient documentation no later than 10:00 AM the following day after each visit
- Travel throughout the designated service area to conduct patient visits in the home setting
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Washington
- Minimum of one (1) year of home health experience required
- Proficiency with HCHB (Homecare Homebase) electronic documentation system required
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout a broad geographic service area
Preferred Experience / Skills- Familiarity with the greater Snohomish County area and surrounding communities
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently
