Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assistance services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Implement patient treatment plans as directed, supporting functional rehabilitation goals
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility requirements
• Complete required credentialing documentation prior to assignment start as directed by the facility
• Adhere to facility dress code and parking policies as communicated during onboarding

Required Qualifications

• Active Washington State Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license required — permanent license required; compact license alone is not sufficient
• Relevant clinical experience in an outpatient or similar setting
• Ability to commit to a 20–26 week contract assignment
• Must meet all facility credentialing requirements prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy environment
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to facility-specific workflows and protocols
