Key Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatments to patients under the supervision and direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans to support patient recovery and functional goals
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting changes in condition to the supervising Physical Therapist
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards
• Carry and display a valid state or federal issued photo ID badge at all times while on site

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Maine
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification required for facility access
• Ability to fulfill a 14-week contract commitment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a contract or travel therapy setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working within a multidisciplinary team
