Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assistance services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Implement established treatment plans and assist patients through therapeutic exercises and activities
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility requirements
• Communicate effectively with the supervising Physical Therapist regarding patient status and plan adjustments
• Maintain a safe and supportive treatment environment for patients throughout their care

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Washington
• Prior experience in an outpatient or relevant physical therapy setting
• Ability to fulfill a minimum 20–26 week assignment commitment
• Willingness to complete any facility-specific credentialing or documentation requirements prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in an outpatient physical therapy environment
• Familiarity with clinical documentation systems and compliance standards
