Key Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy interventions per the supervising Physical Therapist's plan of care
• Document patient progress and response to treatment accurately and in a timely manner
• Assist with patient education and development of home exercise programs
• Communicate patient status updates to the supervising Physical Therapist
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and compliance standards in accordance with state, federal, and facility guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active New Jersey PTA license (or ability to obtain)
• Ability to follow established treatment plans and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams

Preferred Experience / Skills

• New graduates and those in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are welcome to apply
• Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team-based care environment
