Contract | Full-Time | Days | 8-Hour Shifts, 5 Days per Week | Onsite | 13-Week Assignment
Key Responsibilities
Provide physical therapy treatment services to patients in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
Implement established treatment plans and document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
Float between assigned worksites as operationally required
Maintain compliance with facility and credentialing standards throughout the duration of the assignment
Required Qualifications
Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of California
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
Ability to work 8-hour day shifts with a guaranteed 36 hours per week
Willingness and ability to float to multiple worksites as needed
Must meet standard credentialing requirements
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience using Casamba documentation software
Strong adaptability and comfort working across multiple clinical environments
