Key Responsibilities- Assist licensed Physical Therapists in implementing patient treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
- Communicate effectively with the care team regarding patient status and treatment outcomes
- Adhere to all facility policies, including identification and badging requirements at all times while on site
Required Qualifications- Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Massachusetts
- Current and valid state or federally issued photo identification
- Ability to fulfill a 14-week contract assignment
- Availability to work Monday through Friday day shifts with a 35-hour weekly guarantee
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or similar clinical setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with multidisciplinary teams
