Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery of physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Implement established treatment plans and document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
• Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist
• Maintain compliance with facility-specific documentation and credentialing requirements prior to assignment start
• Communicate effectively with the care team regarding patient status and treatment outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license required
• Prior experience in a physical therapy setting required
• Must be able to fulfill contract-specific credentialing and quality assurance requirements before start date

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in an outpatient or clinic-based physical therapy environment
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and clinical documentation systems
• Strong interpersonal and patient communication skills
