Key Responsibilities
Deliver outpatient physical therapy services across a broad range of diagnoses including orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions
Treat a diverse patient population spanning pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric age groupsmanage a caseload of approximately 55–60 patients per week, conducting 60-minute evaluations as assigned
Participate in group and concurrent therapy sessions as well as screenings and caseload building
Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner using the NextGen documentation system
Collaborate with a supportive clinical team including physical therapists, aides, and patient experience coordinators
Required Qualifications
Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license or eligibility to practice in the state of Georgia
Outpatient physical therapy experience required
Ability to treat a wide variety of diagnoses including orthopedic, neurological, and vestibular conditions
Proficiency or ability to learn the NextGen electronic documentation system
Ability to maintain productivity expectations of 55–60 patients per week
Preferred Experience / Skills
Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a PTA preferred; new graduates with orthopedic experience will be considered
Experience treating neurological conditions such as CVA, Parkinson's Disease, MS, Spinal Cord Injury, or Traumatic Brain Injury
Familiarity with vestibular rehabilitation including vertigo and vestibular disorders
